Rick Rubin and A-Trak Remix J.J. Abrams and Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Star Wars Track “Jabba Flow”

Musical Jedi Master Rick Rubin is the curator of a new Star Wars compilation album, Star Wars Headspace, which features new songs created using sound elements from Star Wars films. We’ve already heard a solo track from Rubin, as well as tracks by Flying Lotus, GTA, and Röyksopp. Now, Zane Lowe has premiered Rubin and A-Trak‘s remix of “Jabba Flow,” a song written and performed by The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams and Hamilton mastermind Lin-Manuel Miranda under the name Shag Kava. The original “Jabba Flow” appears in The Force Awakens during the scene at Maz Kanata’s cantina.
