Rock Hall 2017: Watch Lenny Kravitz’s Prince Tribute

Last night, Lenny Kravitz paid tribute to the late, great Prince at the 2017 induction ceremony for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Kravitz performed the Purple One’s songs “When Doves Cry” and “The Cross.” He was accompanied by the Love Fellowship Choir. Watch it happen below. This year’s list of inductees to the Rock Hall of Fame include Pearl Jam, Tupac Shakur, Joan Baez, Journey, Electric Light Orchestra, and Yes. Prince was inducted into the Rock Hall in 2004, when he memorably joined an all-star performance of “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” (that ended with him throwing his guitar in the air).
