Ronald Bruner Jr. Enlists Thundercat, Kamasi Washington, Mac Miller, More for Debut Album

Grammy-winning drummer Ronald Bruner Jr. has announced his debut album. It’s called Triumph, and it’s out March 3 on World Galaxy/Alpha Pup. The album was put together with his brothers Stephen “Thundercat” Bruner and Jameel Bruner (formerly of the Internet). It was made during the sessions that produced Kamasi Washington’s The Epic. The album features Thundercat, Washington, Mac Miller, George Duke, and more. Listen to the Thundercat-featuring track “Take the Time” below.
