Run the Jewels Give Advice to Teenage Girls for Rookie's "Ask a Grown Man"

Rookie has a recurring feature called Ask a Grown Man, where adult men answer questions from teenage girls. Thom Yorke, Stephen MalkmusVampire WeekendTV on the Radio’s Tunde Adebimpe, and others have previously given their two cents. Now, Run the Jewels have chimed in. Watch their video below, via Rookie.

They field questions such as how to tell when you’re really in love or just being naive (Killer Mike: “Being in love makes you feel kind of naive.”), how to get over the pressure of your first kiss, or what do you when you’re into someone who’s already in a relationship. Their advice is expectedly mature, especially when handling one touchy question from a 14-year old girl who’s interested in a guy in his mid-20s. As Killer Mike says of teenage boys (and guys in general), “We’re really the rookies in a lot of these situations.” Nice call back, Mike.
