Today, Run the Jewels appeared on the latest installment NPR’s weekly quiz show “Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!.” After El-P explained why he agreed to make Meow the Jewels (“I was high on marijuana, I don’t know what to tell you”), the two rappers answered three questions about rabbis. “We thought we’d ask you about who ‘runs the Jews,’” said host Peter Sagal. Talking points during the segment included kosher sex, a ban on Crocs during Yom Kippur, and a group of rabbis’ failed attempt at the mannequin challenge. Listen below.
