Run the Jewels’ New “Legend Has It” Video Mixes Comedy and Politics: Watch

Run the Jewels have shared a new video for RTJ3’s “Legend Has It.” Directed by Brian Beletic (who also helmed El-P‘s “Deep Space 9mm” video) from a concept by Beletic and El-P, it stars El and Killer Mike in an absurd, surreal police lineup. (Stay tuned for the twist ending.) It also comments on the failings of the U.S. criminal justice system. The video’s description says “this is the first of many videos to come from RTJ3.” Last week, Killer Mike and El-P performed “Legend Has It” on “Fallon,” and earlier this month, they chatted with Trevor Noah on “The Daily Show.”
