Run the Jewels Team With Zack De La Rocha on "Close Your Eyes (And Count to Fuck)"

Run the Jewels, aka Killer Mike and El-P, have shared a new track that’s a collaboration with Zack De La Rocha of Rage Against the Machine. “Close Your Eyes (And Count to Fuck)” comes from the upcoming album RTJ2. Listen to the track above, via Buzzfeed. 

El-P told Buzzfeed that he and De La Rocha have some unreleased music in the vaults:

We worked on music together in the late 90s after Rage broke up but it never came out. We remained friends, though, and when I was in L.A. working on the record I bumped in to him literally on the way to the studio. He came by and listened to what we had and a day later was recording with us.

RTJ2 is out October 27 via Mass Appeal. The Run the Jewels cat-sample remix project, called Meow the Jewels, is up to $35,000 of its $45,000 Kickstarter goal.
