Savages' Jehnny Beth Announces Beats 1 Show, Talks About Friendship With PJ Harvey

Savages‘ Jehnny Beth will get a Beats 1 radio show, Zane Lowe announced on his show earlier today. “Start Making Sense” premieres tomorrow at 10 p.m. EST. The show will be aired weekly at that time over three months. Below, hear some clips from the show, including one in which she says that picking songs for the show makes her “horny.” Above, hear her discusses her friendship with PJ Harvey. She says Harvey came to see Savages a few years ago, sparking their relationship. Also listen to Beth’s chat with Zane Lowe and see the “Start Making Sense” poster below.

“Start Making Sense” is not Jehnny Beth’s first encounter with Beats 1. In January, she and her band Savages were guests on Josh Homme’s show “The Alligator Hour.”
