SBTRKT Accuses Disclosure of Ripping Him Off

Last night, Disclosure announced their sophomore album, Caracal, and revealed its cover. Today, SBTRKT, aka Aaron Jerome, pointed out the similarities between his and Disclosure’s artwork and song titles in a series of tweets, as Disco Naïveté points out. A Hidden Place, SBTRKT’s art director, also expressed anger at Disclosure.

They seem to think the covers of Disclosure’s first and second albums mirror SBTRKT’s first and second album covers a bit too closely. Plus, SBTRKT released a track called “Hold On” years before Disclosure released “Holding On”.
