Sia, the Shins, Eddie Vedder, Regina Spektor, More Cover the Beatles for Netflix’s "Beat Bugs"

Netflix just announced “Beat Bugs,” an animated kids’ program arriving this summer that follows five adorable insects as they explore the suburbs. As The Hollywood Reporter points out, the program will be soundtracked by over 50 Beatles covers from noteworthy artists including Sia, the Shins, Regina Spektor, Eddie Vedder, Of Monsters and Men, Chris Cornell, Pink, and more. Below, you can watch a trailer, which includes Vedder’s cover of “Magical Mystery Tour.” 

Sia will cover “Blackbird,” Pink will cover “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds,” and Chris Cornell will cover “Drive My Car.” According to THR, the program—which was created, directed, written, and produced by Josh Wakely—will also feature cover versions of “Yellow Submarine,” “Penny Lane,” “All You Need Is Love,” “Come Together,” “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,” and “Help!”
