Last night in Los Angeles, the David Lynch Foundation hosted a concert celebrating its 10th anniversary at the Ace Hotel. It featured a variety of artists performing music from David Lynch‘s catalog and film/TV soundtracks. Below, watch clips of performances by Sky Ferreira, Duran Duran, My Morning Jacket’s Jim James, and the Flaming Lips, via NME.
Other artists performing at the event included the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ Karen O, Moby, Zola Jesus, and, yes, the band Twin Peaks. Pitchfork Managing Editor Brandon Stosuy DJ’d the event.
Since 2005, the David Lynch Foundation has provided scholarships to more than 500,000 people suffering with trauma. The foundation’s performance-based initiative, DLF Live, organized the event.
