Solange Receives the Key to New Orleans

Solange has received the key to the city of New Orleans, Rap-Up points out. She has lived in the city since 2013. To celebrate, she played New Orleans hip-hop institutions “Cash Money and No Limit all day,” she wrote on Instagram. Check out more of Solange’s reactions below.

Solange isn’t the only major artist to receive a key to the city this year. Last month, Kendrick Lamar announced that he will soon receive the key to Compton.
