Soulja Boy Charged With Felony Firearm Possession

Soulja Boy has been charged with possession of an assault weapon and felony possession of a firearm, according to TMZ. The rapper was arrested last December after violating his pre-existing probation by possessing firearms. At the time, police went through Soulja Boy’s home after being tipped off that he “had been threatening people online with guns.” In addition to the two felony charges, Soulja has also been charged with a misdemeanor for receiving stolen property; police allege that one of the guns found in his house was reportedly stolen from a police vehicle.
