Spoon Detail New Album Hot Thoughts
Spoon recently revealed the title of their new album Hot Thoughts. This morning, the Matador web store posted the full details of the band’s follow-up to 2014′s They Want My Soul, as the Indieheads Reddit points out. (The web store post has since been removed.) It’s out March 17 and marks the band’s return to former label home Matador. The cover art features a variation on the cryptic skull image that Spoon teased on social media last year (which has been getting progressively more colorful on the band’s website). Find the tracklist below. The ten-song set was produced by Dave Fridmann and includes songs the band debuted at a secret show in Austin last week.
