On November 4, Dirty Beaches (aka Alex Zhang Hungtai) will release his new instrumental album Stateless via Zoo Music. It’s the follow-up to last year’s Drifters/Love Is the Devil. On the album, Hungtai worked with Italian composer Vittorio Demarin, while David Lynch collaborator Dean Hurley manned the mixing boards.

Los Angeles electronic music label Friends of Friends is celebrating its five anniversary with a new 36-song compilation titled 5oFoF: 5 Years of Friends of Friends. It hits shelves November 4. In addition to music from Shlohmo, How to Dress Well, Baths, Jerome LOL, Tomas Barfod, Salva, Freddie Gibbs, and others, the collection features remixes from Nicolas Jaar, Ryan Hemsworth, Machinedrum, Star Slinger, and more. Deptford Goth is the solo project of London singer/songwriter/producer Daniel Woolhouse. His new album Songs is out November 4 in the U.S. and November 3 in the UK via 37 Adventures, and follows 2013′s Life After Defo. Listen here until November 3.

Livity Sound, the Bristol-based trio of PeverelistKowton, and Asusu, are putting out a new remix compilation, appropriately titled Livity Sound Remixes. The group tapped Surgeon, Nick Höppner, Dresvn, Pangaea, MMM, A Made Up Sound, Tessela, and others to rework material from their 2013 self-titled debut. They will release the collection on November 3; stream it here via Advance until November 3.
