The website also says that, according to witnesses, one of the three individuals struck in the alleged hit and run was involved in the scuffle beforehand. This detail could potentially prove incriminating, according to TMZ.

Update 1/30 5:38 AM EST: Los Angeles police have found Knight’s truck abandoned in a parking lot in the city’s Westwood neighborhood, TMZ reports; it has since been impounded. believe that two fights occured the day of the alleged hit and run: first at the film set, and later at a nearby restaraunt, where the fatality occured, according to the website. They also allege that Knight’s car ran over the victim twice. At this time, they’re still waiting on a response from the former CEO and his lawyer.

Update 1/29 11:05 PM EST: Knight’s lawyer has confirmed that Suge was behind the wheel at the time of the alleged hit and run, the Associated Press reports. The report also states the time of the incident as 3:00 PM PST.

Update 1/29 10:49 PM EST: The film set where Knight’s alleged hit and run happened was part of a promotional shoot for Straight Outta Compton, the forthcoming biopic about the rap group N.W.A. According to Hollywood Reporter, shooting had finished and Dr. Dre and Ice Cube off-site when the reported scuffle took place (the two artists had been on set earlier that day filming) .

Update 1/29, 10:17 PM EST: According to TMZ, The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has issued a bulletin instructing officers to “be on the lookout” for Knight, and that they intend to question him for murder. Police also say Knight should be considered armed and dangerous. The former CEO’s lawyer is urging his client to turn himself into police, according to the website.

This afternoon, while driving away from a film set in Compton, California, Suge Knight allegedly struck multiple bystanders, killing one man and hospitalizing two others, according to TMZ. The website has also uploaded footage of health officials attempting to administer CPR to a man who the outlet has identified as Terry Carter, a friend of the former Death Row Records CEO.

According to TMZ, Knight had arrived at the set of a film involving Game, Dr. Dre, and Ice Cube when he became involved in an argument with two security guards. The former CEO then allegedly reentered his car and fled the scene, striking Carter with the vehicle as he shifted it to reverse.

According to TMZ, Carter was not involved in the fight, and his relation to the project being filmed is currently unknown. One of the two other alleged victims is Cle “Bone” Sloane, an actor who has appeared in “Training Day” and other films. According to TMZ, he sustained non-life-threatening injuries and is currently hospitalized.

The website also states that the conflict between Knight and the security guards arose after Knight feared for his health; he was reportedly shot six times at Chris Brown’s VMA Pre-Party last year.
