T.I. Joins VH1’s “The Breaks”

T.I. has joined the cast of the hip-hop drama “The Breaks,” VH1 announced. He will have a recurring role as defense attorney Paul Anders. An adaptation of the successful TV movie, “The Breaks” follows three friends trying to become stars in New York City in 1990. The series stars Wood Harris, Antoine Harris, and Tristan “Mack” Wilds. In August, Teyana Taylor joined the cast.

Earlier this year, T.I. appeared in the “Roots” remake as a slave who fights for the Union Army. He also appeared as himself in the Lonely Island comedy Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping.
