Tame Impala, Courtney Barnett, Diplo, So Many Others Appear in Promo For Triple J’s Hottest 100

Triple J has released a theatrical trailer for their annual “Hottest 100″ contest, in which listeners vote for their favorite songs and the top 100 artists are celebrated during a huge party on January 26. The promotional video features several big names: Tame Impala, Courtney Barnett, Diplo, TV On The Radio, Best Coast, Ice Cube, and many more.

The sequence begins with Tame Impala‘s Kevin Parker getting kidnapped, after which point several musicians are seen “disappearing” across the continent until other artists like TV on the Radio, Diplo, and Courtney Barnett (who drives a sick camero) can save the day.
