The Lonely Island Return to “SNL” With “Finest Girl”: Watch
As the Lonely Island gear up for the June 3 release of their new film Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping, Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer, and Jorma Taccone returned to their roots last night and unveiled a new SNL Digital Short. The song “Finest Girl” is sung by Popstar star Conner4Real (Samberg), who delivers an extended an analogy comparing sex to Osama bin Laden’s death. The clip features an appearance from Fred Armisen, who hosted the “Saturday Night Live” season finale. The episode also featured performances from Courtney Barnett.
