The National Tease More New Music: Watch
Recently, the National shared a clip that teased new music. It featured the text “Sleep Well Beast” and “The System Only Dreams in Total Darkness,” along with grainy video footage. Today, the band have shared another new teaser with new music. It’s captioned “The System Only Dreams in Total Darkness.” In addition, their label 4AD has posted a photo with the caption “#SleepWellBeast,” as well as a video captioned “#TheSystemOnlySleepsInTotalDarkness.” Check out all three new teasers below. The National’s most recent LP, Trouble Will Find Me, was released in 2013.
The National are among the performers at this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival Paris, which takes place November 2-4 at La Grande Halle de La Villette. The band curated one day of the festival.
