The Smashing Pumpkins Share "Run2Me" Video
The Smashing Pumpkins have shared a video for “Run2Me”, from last year’s Monuments to an Elegy. Directed by Linda Strawberry, it centers around a magician and a magical girl interacting in a field. Watch it below via Vulture.
“The girl in the video is both enlightened and trapped by this theme,” Strawberry told Vulture. “The Magician is symbolic of transition and inspiration, while the protagonist in the video is afraid of who she is about to become, she learns, accepts and then lets go of whatever was holding her back.”
