The Unicorns’ Alden Penner Teams With Michael Cera for "Meditate"

Last month, the Unicorns‘ Alden Penner released his newest EP, JUNE 04—a collection of tracks that includes some of Penner’s earliest demos. We previously reported that a new single featuring Michael Cera was in the works. That track has just been released, and it’s called “Meditate”.

The nine-minute track is due to be released on Penner’s forthcoming album, which is due in June. “Meditate” features guest vocals from Cera and 12-year-old Felix Tymoshenko.

Cera has previously worked with Penner’s Unicorns bandmate Nick Thorburn, including in the band Mister Heavenly.
