Twin Peaks Share New Animated “Holding Roses” Video: Watch

Earlier this year, Twin Peaks released an album called Down in Heaven. The latest release from the album is a video for the track “Holding Roses.” Watch it below. The animated video was made by longtime collaborator GOONS, and it turns the band’s real life moments into cartoons, finding each new image inside the previous one. In addition to the video, the band have announced new tour dates in November and December. Find the full itinerary below. They will perform alongside White Reaper, Modern Vices, together PANGEA, and Golden Daze.

GOONS spoke about the video in a press release:

This video features the band in a crazy, crazy world, zooming from place to place always revealing the bigger (or smaller) picture. For source images I drew the band in as I found them online and combined them with my own creations of fans to make a wild butterfly effect of interconnectedness to reflect how fast Twin Peaks’ music travels. In the end, we see that it has all come from one dude’s perspective. Maybe that is the spirit of the band: the older rocker dude looking back and enjoying the crazy ride.
