Underworld to Reissue Second Toughest in the Infants

Underworld have announced a deluxe, remastered reissue of their 1996 album Second Toughest in the Infants. The reissue is out November 20 via Universal Music Catalogue. The album was remastered at Abbey Road and will be released as a CD, a 2xCD deluxe edition, a double LP, and as a 4xCD super deluxe edition. Find the tracklists here.

The deluxe editions come packed with a bunch of remixes, non-album B-sides, and unreleased tracks. The fourth disc of the super deluxe edition traces the evolution of the group’s 1995 single “Born Slippy (Nuxx)” from early recordings through to the finished studio version. The super deluxe edition also comes with a 60-page book of artwork by Tomato and liner notes by Jon Savage.

Last year, Underworld reissued Dubnobasswithmyheadman for the album’s 20th anniversary. Second Toughest in the Infants celebrates its 20th anniversary in March 2016.
