Watch Aphex Twin’s First-Ever Live Stream
Today, Aphex Twin is broadcasting his first-ever live stream from his headlining set at London’s Field Day festival. The performance is being broadcast from NTS Radio’s site, and you can watch it here or below. Today, he also sold a mysterious, exclusive new record at the festival. Weirdcore—Aphex and NTS’s visual collaborator—will adapt the visuals to create “a bespoke online visual immersion,” according to a press release. Richard D. James’ last release under the Aphex Twin alias was last year’s Cheetah EP. He shared a new demo called “4xAtlantis take1” earlier this year.
