Watch Arcade Fire's Win Butler and Kurt Vile Cover David Bowie's "Rebel Rebel"

Tonight, VICE staged an event at NYC’s Pier 59 Studios. The event was followed by an afterparty, where Arcade Fire‘s Win Butler and Kurt Vile covered David Bowie‘s “Rebel Rebel.” They were supported by a house band composed of Yeah Yeah Yeah’s Nick Zinner and Brian Chase, TV on the Radio’s Jaleel Bunton, and producer Money Mark. Pusha T, Charli XCX, Bethany Cosentino (aka Best Coast), Kristin Kontrol (aka Dee Dee of Dum Dum Girls), and Perfect Pussy’s Meredith Graves are scheduled to perform. Find a clip of the “Rebel Rebel” cover below.

Back in 2014, VICE threw a party celebrating its 20th anniversary, where a house band led by Zinner supported performances by Jarvis Cocker, Lil Wayne, The-Dream, Stephen Malkmus, Jonah Hill, and more.
