Watch Charli XCX Cover Ramones’ "Sheena Is a Punk Rocker"

Charli XCX was one of the performers during last night’s VICE party at New York’s Pier 59 Studios. During her appearance, she performed the Ramones‘ “Sheena Is a Punk Rocker” backed by a house band featuring Yeah Yeah Yeah’s Nick Zinner and Brian Chase, TV on the Radio’s Jaleel Bunton, and producer Money Mark. (Recently, when the Yeah Yeah Yeahs made their surprise return, Karen O and Nick Zinner performed “Sheena” with Marky Ramone on drums.) Watch it happen below.

At the same show, Arcade Fire’s Win Butler and Kurt Vile covered David Bowie’s “Rebel Rebel.” Butler also sang the Sex Pistols’ “Anarchy in the UK” with Bethany Cosentino, Kristin Kontrol, and Meredith Graves.
