Watch M83’s New Cirque Du Soleil Collaboration

In December, Cirque du Soleil announced that M83’s Anthony Gonzalez would compose and serve as the musical director for a new production called Cirque du Soleil VOLTA. Now, a clip from the show has surfaced, as Stereogum points out. Filmed earlier this month at a press conference for the show ahead of its world premiere, the 24-minute video features a sampling of the acrobatics and BMX action in the new show. Watch it below, along with a teaser trailer for the how, which made its premiere in Montreal on April 20 and will run through July. A YouTube comment from the official Cirque du Soleil account suggests that an official soundtrack release with music from the show is in the works as well.
