Wavves’ Nathan Williams’ Band Spirit Club Get Very ’90s in the "Still Life" Video
Wavves‘ Nathan Williams has a new band called Spirit Club, which features his brother/Sweet Valley co-conspirator Joel and Andrew Caddick, aka Jeans Wilder. Today, they’ve shared the video for a new song called “Still Life”. The Jacob Turnbloom-directed clip features bits of “The Simpsons”, “Saved By the Bell” and more. Watch it below via Stereogum.
Spirit Club’s debut album will arrive this spring via Williams’ Ghost Ramp label. The band previously shared a 7″ featuring “Eye Dozer” and “Sling”. They’re also promising a “surprise” on Valentine’s Day.
