Jeff Tweedy has been busy supporting his Tweedy album Sukierae, but tonight, he performed with that other band he’s in. Wilco were the musical guests on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” where they performed “A Magazine Called Sunset” from their 2003 More Like the Moon EP (which appears on their new rarities set Alpha Mike Foxtrot). They also did their 2002 track “Cars Can’t Escape” as a web exclusive.

Their “Magazine Called Sunset” performance hasn’t surfaced online quite yet, but you do get to watch Tweedy team with Ewan McGregor in a game of charades against Jimmy Fallon and Charles Barkley.

Update 5:21 AM ESTVideo of “Magazine Called Sunset” has surfaced; watch below.

This all happened on an episode where Herbie Hancock sat in with the Roots. Good television!
