Yeah Yeah Yeahs/Blood Brothers/the Locust Offshoot Head Wound City Announce EP Reissue

Last year, Head Wound City—the mid-00s supergroup featuring Yeah Yeah Yeahs‘ Nick Zinner, the Blood Brothers‘ Jordan Blilie and Cody Votolato, and the Locust‘s Justin Pearson and Gabe Serbian—briefly reunited for a pair of shows. Today, they’ve announced that their self-titled 2005 EP will be remastered and reissued on March 10 via Three One G. That’s the remastered version of “Street College” above via VICE.

There’s no word on whether or not this means more shows or new material is on the horizon, though it was reported that new songs were played at their 2014 shows. The EP’s press release notes that “members are optimistic about creating new material in the future”.
