Yoko Ono Cast in Wes Anderson’s Next Film

Earlier today, Wes Anderson announced his next film, Isle of the Dogs, a stop-motion animation about a group of dogs living on an island. Among its illustrious cast is none other than Yoko Ono. She has been cast alongside Bill Murray, Jeff Goldblum, Scarlett Johannson, Tilda Swinton, Bryan Cranston, Edward Norton, Liev Schreiber, and more. Below, you can watch Anderson’s announcement, which features a surprise appearance from Edward Norton, as well as a preview of his character in the film.

Following this year’s presidential election, Ono shared an inimitable response to Donald Trump’s win. Earlier this year, Ono also curated an exhibit at the Reykjavik Art Museum, which included a piece that brought to life a classic “The Simpsons” joke about Ono.
