You Can Now Edit Song Lengths and Tempos on Tidal

Tidal has introduced a new feature called Track Edit, which allows users to adjust the length and speed of selected tracks before saving those edited versions to a playlist. This can be done by using the option menu while playing any track in the Tidal app; the tempo can be changed after you select a section of the song. Pitchfork has reached out to Tidal representatives for further clarification on the new functionality. Earlier this month, it was revealed that the streaming company would begin offering “master-quality” audio streaming.
