Iggy Pop and Danger Mouse have come together for a new song, “Gold.” It’s for Stephen Gaghan’s upcoming film Gold, starring Matthew McConaughey. Gaghan and the film’s composer Daniel Pemberton also worked with Iggy and Danger Mouse on the track. In September, Childish Gambino premiered material from his upcoming album “Awaken, My Love!” at a series of concerts held in Joshua Tree, CA. Today, he’s shared a virtual reality video depicting a performance of “Me and Your Mama” at one of the PHAROS concerts. Belle and Sebastian Seek Cover Stars for...

Belle and Sebastian have opened a casting call, searching for fans to grace the covers of new vinyl EPs. In a note on the band’s website, frontman Stuart Murdoch writes, “We’ve been recording music, and it comes to the point where we’re starting to think of artwork.
