Beat Happening Release Career-Spanning Compilation Look Around

Thirty years after the release of their landmark debut self-titled album, indie pop heroes Beat Happening have released a career-spanning compilation called Look Around. It’s out digitally right now and will get a physical release on November 20 via Domino. Check out their 1988 track “Indian Summer” (one of Pitchfork’s Best Songs of the 1980s) above and check out the full tracklist below. That’s the compilation’s cover art above as well.

Look Around will be available on CD, gatefold double LP, limited edition royal blue cassette, and a Domino Mart exclusive LP edition which includes a limited edition yellow 7″ of “Indian Summer” and “Foggy Eyes”.

A Beat Happening reissue series will begin next year on Domino.
