“Beavis and Butt-Head” Creator Mike Judge Developing Country Music Cartoon

Mike Judge, creator of “Beavis & Butt-Head” and director of Office Space, is developing a new animated series focused on country music, Deadline reports. The half-hour comedy is titled “Mike Judge Presents: Tales From the Tour Bus,” and will focus on “country music’s most eccentric characters.” Judge co-created the show with Richard Mullins and Dub Cornett (cowriter of the Hank Williams film The Last Ride). The eight-episode series is currently in production, and is set to premiere later this year on Cinemax.
