Bon Iver Share Mysterious Video: Watch

Justin Vernon and the National’s Aaron Dessner’s Eaux Claires Music Festival returns August 12 and 13. Vernon’s Bon Iver will perform at the fest, and he’s said that the band will play a set “made of new music.” Today, Bon Iver have shared a mysterious 22-second Facebook video. It’s captioned “#22days,” presumably the number of days until Vernon debuts this new music at the festival. It also contains what sounds like new music from the band. Check it out below.

In addition to the video, Bon Iver have also updated their Facebook profile image and cover photo. Both are visually similar to the video. Since February, Vernon has said Bon Iver is no longer “winding down” (something he said back in 2012, following 2011’s Bon Iver). They have played a series of shows in Asia and Australia. In addition to Eaux Claires, Bon Iver will play West Coast shows with Patti Smith, and others with Francis and the Lights in October.
