Christopher Owens Releases Surprise Album Chrissybaby Forever
Last week, former Girls frontman Christopher Owens shared a new track, “Selfish Feelings”, which he said was “from a forthcoming album.” Today, he’s released that album, the follow-up to last year’s A New Testament.
Titled Chrissybaby Forever, the sixteen-track LP was co-produced, engineered, and mixed by JJ Wiesler. Stream it above and get it on Owens’ Bandcamp. It will be released on vinyl this August.
The cover photograph is by Hannah Hunt (of Vampire Weekend fame), who the album is dedicated to. She also sings on the album.
