Diamanda Galás Announces 2 New Albums, Shares 2 Tracks: Listen

Avant-garde icon Diamanda Galás’ last album was 2008’s Guilty Guilty Guilty. This year, the singer and composer will release two new records on the same day. All the Way features re-worked versions of traditional and jazz standards; At Saint Thomas the Apostle Harlem was recorded at the titular New York church during last year’s Red Bull Music Academy. Both records are out March 24 via her label, Intravenal Sound Operations. Below, listen to “All the Way” (written by Jimmy Van Heusen and famously sung by Frank Sinatra) and “O Death” from All the Way; scroll down for their album tracklists.
