DJ Shadow Shares "The Mountain Will Fall" Video: Watch
On June 24, DJ Shadow will release his next album, The Mountain Will Fall. He’s already shared the title track, “Nobody Speak” (with Run the Jewels), and the iTunes bonus track “Swerve.” Today, he’s released the video for the album’s title track. Directed by Territory Studios’ Marti Romances, the clip depicts an astronaut floating through space and across beautiful planets, slowly approaching an intense white light. The cosmic traveller crosses to the other side and is set alight, becoming a shooting star of sorts. As the camera zooms out, the astral objects form a constellation resembling the artwork for DJ Shadow’s upcoming LP. Watch below.

As huge fans, it’s been a pleasure to collaborate with DJ Shadow on the graphics. We’re really excited by the project and look forward to an amazing come back. The peaceful and long momentum of the song inspired us to create something very unanimated and mysterious. The part we like the most is where we see the astronaut being shot into hyperspace and then we see that being part of that cosmic constellation at the end.
