Drake and the Game Team Up for "100"

Drake and the Game have shared “100″, a collaboration produced by Cardo and Johnny Juliano that will appear on the Game’s album The Documentary 2. It’s the sequel to 2005′s The Documentary. Listen to it above via Revolt.
