Elza Soares Announces New The Woman at the End of the World Remix Album and Tour

Elza Soares’ excellent 2016 LP A mulher do fim do mundo (The woman at the end of the world) has been remixed in full for a new release on Mais Um Discos. Out June 30, the remix album features new takes by Laraaji, Nidia Minaj, DJ Marfox, Gilles Peterson & Simbad, and more. See a trailer below. Soares is also hitting the road, with several dates in Europe, one in West Africa, and a pair of New York shows. See the dates in the YouTube description. Last year, the legendary Brazilian singer received a Latin Grammy for Best MPB Album. She recently released a video for the album’s title track.
