Fleet Foxes’ Robin Pecknold Working on Solo Album, Shares Snippet of New Music: Listen

Robin Pecknold has released some songs this year and has maintained that Fleet Foxes are at work on a new record. Today, he shared a snippet of music that’s apparently intended for an upcoming solo album. “FF record kind of crazy/vast so working on ‘putting babies to sleep/living my truth’ palliative solo album on off days,” he wrote. It’s one of a few snippets he’s shared in the recent past, so check out some samples of new music that’s either Fleet Foxes or solo Pecknold below.

Pecknold performed new solo music on tour with Joanna Newsom earlier this year. He also covered Harry Nilsson, shared a new track called “Swimming,” and collaborated with Matt Kivel
