Hear Danny Brown and Hudson Mohawke on New Version of Boys Noize’s “Birthday”

Back in May, Boys Noize released an album called Mayday. The album’s closing track, “Birthday,” which featured Hudson Mohawke and Spank Rock, now has an alternate version with Danny Brown and Pell. Stream that version, and check out the single artwork, below. The song is being released in advance of an upcoming tour, which kicks off tonight in Zurich. Find the full itinerary below.

In October, Boys Noize will participate in a new not-for-profit music event in Berlin. The untitled event was organized by Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, the National’s Aaron and Bryce Dessner, Gayngs’ Ryan Olson, director Vincent Moon, conductor André De Ridder, Brandon Reid, and Berlin’s Michelberger Hotel. Over 80 artists will participate. Learn more about it here.
