Hear J Dilla’s "Gangsta Boogie" Featuring Snoop Dogg and Kokane

Now-Again Records boss and former Stones Throw general manager Eothen Alapatt (aka Egon) has shared an unreleased J Dilla track via Dr. Dre‘s weekly Beats 1 radio show, “The Pharmacy.” “Gangsta Boogie” features Snoop Dogg and Kokane, and will be released on The Diary, the long-lost Dilla vocal album from the early 2000s that is slated to arrive April 15 via Mass Appeal and Dilla’s PayJay imprint. In addition to running Now-Again, Egon is creative director for the Dilla estate and was instrumental in assembling The Diary from Dilla’s personal archive.
