James Franco Sued for Alleged Head-Butt Incident at Lana Del Rey Concert

James Franco has been sued for an incident that took place at Lana Del Rey’s 2014 concert at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, TMZ reports. Photographer David Tonnessen claims that he was taking photos of the singer when Franco charged at him and head-butted him in the stomach. In his complaint, he described Franco as “smiling, rather demonically.” Tonnessen claims he was hospitalized and suffered “permanent injuries.” He’s suing for medical expenses and other damages.

Franco reportedly wrote a book about Lana Del Rey, which never surfaced. He also interviewed Lana for V Magazine and penned a poetic tribute to her.
