Julian Casablancas + the Voidz Announce "Human Sadness" Video Screenings
Last week, Julian Casablancas + the Voidz shared a teaser for the forthcoming “Human Sadness” video, from last year’s Tyranny. It was also announced that the video would premiere on May 20 at the Cinefamily theater in Los Angeles. Now, it’s been announced that the L.A. showing is actually part of a series of screenings in Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver, Washington D.C., Boston, Miami, Nashville, and Montreal. The video will debut online on May 27. Directed by Warren Fu and Nicholaus Goossen, it features war, fast cars, spaceships, and scantily clad women.
Casablancas + the Voidz are heading out on an international festival tour this summer, interspersed with dates from Casablancas’ other band, the Strokes.
