Lil B Saved From House Fire by Teenager

Lil B‘s apartment building caught fire early in the morning on Thursday after an electrical fire spread through the building, The Fader reports. According to the report, Lil B and six other people were saved by 15-year-old Mateo Ysmael, who ran through the building to wake everyone up.
“I’m grateful to be alive,” Lil B told the Contra Costa Times. “If that kid didn’t come knocking on my door…” The fire reportedly destroyed “many of his costumes and some of his music”. Fortunately, Lil B was not injured, noting that “It could’ve been so much worse than it was.”
Later, Lil B tweeted the following, including a photo from the incident and an email address that fans can send donations to directly via PayPal:
