Marching Church (Iceage’s Elias Bender Rønnenfelt) Announce Tour, Share “Lion’s Den” Video: Watch

Marching Church—the band of Iceage frontman Elias Bender Rønnenfelt—are set to release a new album called Telling It Like It Is. It’s out October 28 via Sacred Bones. The band’s lineup includes members of Iceage, Lower, and Hand of Dust. Marching Church have announced a tour in support of the new album. Find the full itinerary below. They will be joined by Bernardino Femminielli at some locations. The announcement is accompanied by a new video for “Lion’s Den,” which is directed by Jimmy Durante.

Rønnenfelt said of the video:

“Directed by a man they thought to be dead, it’s a metropolitan video for a metropolitan beat; taking cabs in the middle of the night, driving as if to save your soul. Dancing in slow motion because the air is made of oil, and everyone’s a criminal because the world is a crime.”
