Nite Jewel Returns With New Album Liquid Cool, Shares “Boo Hoo”: Listen

Nite Jewel, aka Ramona Gonzalez, has announced her first new album since 2012′s One Second of Love. Liquid Cool comes out June 10 on her Gloriette label. According to a press release, the album “explores the theme of aloneness in a crowded and disconnected world.” Gonzalez says: “I put all my gear—including my 8 track—in a walk-in closet. I had left my label and was back in my element. I felt like I had found my identity again.”

Earlier this year, Nite Jewel teamed with Bay Area rapper/producer Droop-E for an EP as AMTHYST.
